Very efficient click and collect service. A friendly owner who explained the cars history and provided all the documents. The car was ready when we got there and it came with a 6 month warranty. I would definitely reccomend this company to family and friends.

I needed a replacement for my Mini and found what I was looking for here. The experience could not have been better: the car was just right, the dealer delivered it to me because Covid restrictions and a courtesy car needing to be returned meant I couldn't collect it myself, and a subsequent minor but important fault was fixed without hesitation. What a genuine car salesman! From the first chat on the phone, nothing was too much for Shuker Cars. The Mondeo itself was absolutely stunning, with all questions about the vehicle and it's history answered. Shuker Cars clearly pride themselves on selling top notch vehicles. A test drive was quickly sorted, which was compliant with social distancing rules, and the car performed beautifully. They were very fair with their pricing of the Mondeo and the price they offered me for my Fiesta - consulting several trades people to make it happen. An MoT was quickly organised. Where they found a tyre was wearing close to the legal limit, and the rear breaks were getting low. Both were changed with no extra charge! Transferring ownership of the vehicles was easy, and again compliant with social distancing rules. Although we ended up talking for about half an hour about cars - very knowledgeable people! I wholeheartedly recommend buying from Shuker Cars, you will not be disappointed.

From the initial text message from me asking details about a car. To the final collection the customer service was fantastic. Julian kept me fully updated with all of the pre-buying admin and work to get the car ready for me to drive away. On test drive we noticed the air con wasn’t working. Not a problem at all for me to worry about. The car was fully checked out and a new air con pump was fitted. £300 for Julian to pay for and for me not to worry about. It was all dealt with in a professional way. On collection the car had been fully valeted, a new MOT issued as promised. Paperwork all ready and payment made easily by a card reader. No need to deal with dirty cash. Julian ensured that social distancing was adhered to and everything was wiped down with detail and hand gel used by Julian and myself. I would certainly recommend buy from here and not feel pressured by a pushy salesman, but one that keeps to his word when he says he will do something.

I hadn't bought a car for over 7 years and was feeling apprehensive about buying a new car, but the guys here (I'm so sorry, I've forgotten your names!) put me at ease straight away. The daughter was kind and patient and answered all my questions, even the daft one! The father gave me a great px price for my car and was upfront and honest about its condition, but not in an awkward or 'funny' way. Because I was driving off on the same day they knocked off the price of a service (inc. camblet) and MOT which they would have done for me if I could have waited. They weren't pushy at all, very welcoming, honest and warm and completely different to any other time I've bought a car. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely buy from them again. And if you guys at Shuckers are seeing this my little lad is well made up about his posh new ride!

Shuker cars have the best customer service and care that we have ever experienced. They could not have been any more helpful and go every extra mile there was possible . We found a perfect car for us contacted the dealer they were very helpful over the phone and even more helpful in person . We explained that due to turbo breakage in our current car we can no longer take it on our intended Christmas trip to German and we needed a new car and we needed it to be ready to leave 23/12/19 from UK . Julian was brilliant and understanding. I test drove the car on Tuesday and had it with me on Friday. And there was nothing too much trouble for him . New parts , oil ,filters to name a few . I can tell you that car drives a treat and is in the top condition inside and out . We will be returning again 100% and already have recommended them to anyone needing a new car or not . Best guys in trade .
